I am having trouble with my the Office app for Android. When attempting to open an Word file (.doc), I receive the following error message: 'Word can't complete your request right now'.
I have already tried resetting Word, as well as uninstalling all of the office apps including OneDrive, and then reinstalling them again. Any ideas?

Having trouble opening a file? It’s probably because it has been saved in a file format that Word doesn’t support on your device. Find your device and then check the table to see if that’s the case.
