I am having trouble with my the Office app for Android. When attempting to open an Word file (.doc), I receive the following error message: 'Word can't complete your request right now'.
I have already tried resetting Word, as well as uninstalling all of the office apps including OneDrive, and then reinstalling them again. Any ideas? |

Find your device and then check the table to see if that’s the case. |

Try to follow the below steps and open Word document within Word application.
1) Open Word and Click Open. 2) Click on Browse and select more option on top-left corner. 3) Select OneDrive and chose the Word file from Shared folder. 4) It will download the file and see if you are able to open. If the issue persist, I suggest you to repair doc file and see if it helps: http://www.doc.repair/ Thank you. |
