I got scammed by shopee. Bought the voucher only realize a lot of tnc. In the end simply buy some stuff above 10 less voucher pay shipping. Then seller seller sent wrong item RM 0.80 refund only 0.13. missing item 0.84 refund 0.50.

Lazada now become like thief . I use Digi Lazada voucher top up phone got cancelled and voucher burn, don't want revalidate for me. Just now found out Lazada gift card RM 50 also became invalid, I was really mad. Live chat and waiting investigation.

Two weeks ago got message refund to debit was completed. Until now still can't see the amount in statement. Asked for proof of refund they give screenshot very suspicious

Months ago bought with 60-18 shake.

Digi one I let go coz trouble to live chat and call but this rm50 not yet use how come simply invalid

I think because I used mbb ATM check balance. All because cb Lazada delay refund.

After checking CIMB site Kwik card charges different from normal ATM / debit card.

Sharing my experience return item direct to seller. The parcel trap at loop ecbc subang Jaya. Both Lazada and seller denied received the parcel. It takes 2 week longer than normal return process after tons of complain and follow up.

I noticed something very wrong with Lazada account management. If you tied phone number with Lazada account, you don't need to sign in with password, just need confirm tac. So if anyone can access your tac can use another phone log into your account.

Worst thing if you terminated your phone and new owner of the number can use the number log in to whosever account it was tied to.

This means your wallet credit and privacy at risk. If you did save your credit card info is another risk.

And there's no delete function, you can't delete your account conveniently/ fast enough if any thing bad happened.

Lazada can subsidize PGC for so long ( cheaper during BN time) meanwhile PH still have no solution to cheap petrol they promised.

What if after you disown the number, new owner use the number login your Lazada account and changed the password and email, how do you easily prove account belong to you when you call cs? Sounds easy to you?
