They ask me to closed the account before can refund? What nonsense is that?



I received email payment success but when I check it is not and they closed my case.



Later I ask re-open, they open it and closed it for no reason again.


They request 24 hours, I check back later after 32 hours but the payment still pending.

Now they request 48 hours, what is that, they clearly mentioned it will automatically release it after 48 hours



My Lazada Wallet is enough money but my payment still pending and they not solving it at all



What should I do? I think I let MCMC handle then.

This is the grey area here.
They treat our deposit will forever remain deposit unless u spend it. basically hijacking ur money.
Even if it refunds still treat it as a deposit instead of refunds balance.
previously all my online banking refund process is deal via email.

this will be a different case if some never active their wallet.
i saw a lot of users raging at fb asking for withdraw money from wallet after their payment issue.
this kind of practice is crazy, image if you buy an item cost 10k via lazada wallet, in the end the order cancelled for whatever reason.
ur 10k will forever stuck at lazada wallet. can u imagine that?

because they pay via lazada wallet, and the payment didnt went thru or the order was cancelled.
it just reverts back to their wallet as deposits instead of refunds

I canceled one of my orders and the refund status is as such:

Refund process is completed. We have issued your refund via Credit card.

I haven't activated lazada wallet and I see that the refund isn't reflected on my card yet. Just want to confirm, at this stage, I just have to wait for the money to be reflected on my card right? Or do I have to activate lazada wallet and withdraw from there?

so i bought an item on 11/11, couriered by LEX. i tracked my order and it says it has been delivered, but i didnt personally accept it. but when i went to lazada and it showed someone signed for me. it was delivered at 1am today...

so i think someone just took my item? can i get a refund?

Lazwallet topup rebate was credited almost instantly when I tried this morning, so others can also do it too.

It's better than the normal process where they credit rebate after few days of item purchases.
Ps: it's 5% rebate for existing wallet users.

If u topup wallet using CimbLazada card in Nov, u will get the 15% rebate in late December.
