But they will permanently close my account for withdrawal. I ask them to go ahead. Motherfuxker.

The total of purchase is above RM121.20(above RM120 as per requirement) its mentioned voucher will be applied after correct method payment selected but during check out on payment page after selecting my HSBC card no voucher discount applied still the same amount as previous RM121.20 .

Haha, as others have mentioned, the wallet is generally a 'scam'. I also tried to reload on Sunday night due to the 'wallet reload rebate' campaign.. There was still the pop-up before and when i was bout to reload, but after reload, immediately i got the notification that all rebate has been redeemed.. How convenient.. I received both the top up wallet success and top up rebate fully redeemed messages at the exact same time..

Could have used other payment options if i had been properly notified that the rebate was already fully redeemed.. My first and last lazada wallet purchase.. Like insurance co/bank, easy to take money from us but not easy to get them back..

I bought Pocophone but courier NinjaVan was unable to deliver the item(HP) due to dangerous item. It was stucked at NinjaVan HQ in KL and will be returned to seller without flying to Sarawak...And Lazada self appointed courier failed to perform.
I contacted seller and nothing much they can do except refund me once they received the HP. Why the heck NinjaVan took the item at the first place knowing that the item cant be delivered??
Now how long i need to wait for the refund? I urgently need a HP coz my Honor 8 screen died on me..

Don't scared lah.. Last time I too was scared but now got rep with Lzd and can call to fark em upside down if they give trouble.. Bought big Kitchen appliances from them too.. all good till date. MY ADVICE!!! Do NOT use the wallet for the purchase. Pay directly using your credit card. This way if any issues and they need to refund? Money will get refunded back to your card and not the wallet. Also, try to time the purchase for a day after your statement date. So if any issues, at least you'll have about 2 weeks to keep farking em up till your next statement kicks in..
