Try shopee? If you don't purchase for a very long time and open shopee, it will give you a 45% voucher, min 1, max RM 18.

For Lazada, LZDW2A or LAZAPP10(new account), Min RM 50, 10%

There were Mi powerbanks on the Shopee flash sale for the past 2 days. You can try to see if there's any more in the electronics sale there until tomorrow. Vouchers could be used on it as well.
