If an order is shipped, can I reject upon delivery? Then the refund is automatic or I need to contact the CS again? Thanks.

Anyone knows how long does it take for an order to be cancelled once delivery rejected? I told the delivery guy to I'm rejecting / cancelling a package, but the status is still "Shipped" and detailed as "We tried to deliver your package, but could not reach you. We will deliver it again shortly."
Reason is once cancelled, I can start to apply for the refund, but now it seems neither delivered or rejected. |
