Anyone having problems receiving TAC/OTP SMS from Lazada to a DiGi prepaid number? I'm not getting any SMS. Change to Yoodo number and it's fine.

Just transferred ownership of a couple of my Digi Prepaid numbers to my daughter to make way for a few incoming Unifi Mobile numbers.

One awesome thing to note. Rewards are cleared after the transfer so ensure that you have redeemed them before the transfer. This also means that after the transfer you can start buying all the rewards again including ones that you may have already bought.

First encountered this when I transferred a few numbers to my son at the end of last month but could not test buying rewards a 2nd time as they were all sold out.

I suppose that would depend on what vouchers you buy from the MyDiGi app.

Unsure about the Unifi Mobile limit.

Also don't forget RM2 for RM12 voucher on Grab app. Limit 1 per wallet. (may have been mentioned here already)

Mine was in notifications, twice even. Also on the main screen, scroll down down down. Just above Deakin, Australia.

Just be prepared to jump into the eWallet pit. Have a backup seller, try to anyway. In case the first one fails and I get refunded to credits or LZD (Lazada Dollars), at least I can still try to make a 2nd purchase.

LZD is not too bad. If money stuck, can still buy prepaid or PGC. Will always need this.

11Street, gotta be careful, credits are not usable for prepaid nor PeV (Petronas eVoucher).

And the backup to all that, Milo, Nescafe & Coffeemate. And Cutie Compact.

Thanks for the correction. Fortunately for me both of the 2 closest Petronas in my areas accepts PeVs.

Has Lazada reduced their plastic footprint when sending PGCs? In the old days, they were sent in a relatively huge plastic flyer.

And if you get tired of live chat, get into a situation where you have to send them a screenshot. Pretend you don't know how to. They will send you a request via email and you can continue the support session in email.

Have not tried It’ll be valid from 10-12/12. But TnC looks ok for prepaid.

Yesterday OK receiving TAC SMS. Wife, me, son all have Grab already. No prob in getting 3 x RM12 voucher. I did a new account for my daughter. I guess she'll use Grab eventually. But until now I check, the Daily Deals, where the Laz voucher resides, still don't appear for her. Maybe wait another day. I just shot off a support email to Grab. Maybe there's a cooling down period before the deals are shown to new users.

Bottom part about fraudulent and suspicious use. Nothing important.

Shopback also has a Lazada voucher but it's pretty hopeless. 10% off min RM180 purchase. I don't know the max discount. Valid 20/12-2/1

You get this by entering the code from email, FB or Insta into the treasure chest. May have to try a few times. Given randomly(?) with other coupons.

HLB also has a code for RM12 off RM110, I think.

In a pinch, there're also 8% off vouchers from Boost and Lazada vouchers for redemption from bCard.

I had the same problem with a Digi prepaid number. Changed to Yoodo and it was OK. Reported to both Laz and Digi. A couple of days later, changed back to the Digi number and it was OK.

Just tried. Cannot for prepaid reloads nor for steam wallets.
“Invalid code” at the prepaid page. Works in the cart.

Grab’s TnC for this voucher has no mention of any restrictions.

There should be a Pay Now Button but sometimes it doesn’t appear. In the latter case, you’ll have to cancel and re-order. The voucher will be available. Since it wasn’t used.

In any case you cannot make another wallet order if you have one which is pending payment. It’ll say something to that effect.

Lazada DiGi RM10 codes now totally unusable.

Yesterday still can use using "Buy Now" button but not from "Cart". Now both also cannot.

You can thank me for reporting the issue on Friday when it was partially working. Now it doesn't work at all. I will kick myself later tonight. I used 4 codes and still have 8 more.

But seriously, just have to report to Lazada, not much else we to do. On the Digi side, stock up on eggs and leave it in the hot sun tomorrow. Tomorrow's a holiday so Digi HQ won't be opened.
