Update: the one where I forgot to go ShopBack first just came in but status is Calculating as opposed to a figure. I went to Shopback after I made the order and clicked through to Lazada in hope. Maybe it picked it up.

Lazada's Chinese sellers must be on standby 24/7. Made 8 orders from CN early this morning, 3 were updated as "Packed" with LEL tracking number within the hour. The remaining 5 orders updated in 4 hours or so.

I've seen that before. Never really bothered about it. I did get 5% rebates from prepaid reloads. Not sure about rebates from topping-up the wallet. Don't buy much of anything else during off-sale season.

But if Lazada says that you'll get 5% for wallet topups and you don't get it then there's definitely a case for you.

Yes, old codes (the one with the space) invalidated. New codes working fine. If you didn't use your old codes, you'd be given new ones. If you used the old codes then you won't be given a new one. Though I heard that there're exceptions for some lucky people.

Also some cases where you have an unused old code but the reward is now entirely missing. Quickly buy a new one and report about the missing one. With luck you'll either get a refund or an extra voucher.

That's really bad luck. I topped up my wallet last week and got the 5% rebate. My son & daughter topped up sometime yesterday and got the 12%. Just bad timing for you, I guess.

Lazada is really useless.

I had the RM2 Grab Lazada RM12 voucher. It's valid and can be used save for prepaid topups. The TnC states no restrictions. So I livechatted Lazada about this on the 10th.

From my interactions with them, it seems their SOP is:

1. Wait until the voucher expires then reply to customer. TnC states that it expires on 13/12 but you can't actually use it on 13/12. There's literally no time. Not even if you're Dr Strange with the Time Stone.

2a. Customer wait and wait for reply from Lazada until forget. Expired. Close case.

or

2b. Customer beh tahan and have already used the voucher. Email customer saying the voucher has been used. Close case.

Luckily I'm 2b.

I've had good experience with them too, occasionally.

I didn't try on 12/12. They may have fixed it. Last I tried was on 11/12 when it still didn't work. I used it for something else after that.

The other problem were the MyDigi vouchers. Not sure who's at fault. The codes were valid if you used "Buy Now" but rejected if you tried to apply it at the Shopping Cart. Eventually the codes were invalidated and reissued. Of course some people's codes went missing. This was actually a good thing because you can buy another one and complain about the missing one which was replaced with another.

Before the reissue, when I livechatted them, they tested the code and found it to be invalid. Issue escalated. Then an email came saying it's valid and asked me to try again. I already know it's valid or invalid depending on where you apply the code. This went back & forth 2 times and eventually they stopped responding. I'm gonna wait a few days to asked them about it again. Maybe try to get another code from them.

Another issue was the TAC not being received on my Digi number. I changed to Yoodo and it was OK. Reported this to them. Then they come back to me asking if the problem is solved. I told I can no longer tell because I'm now using the Yoodo number. 3 times they asked and 3 times I said I don't know. I guess they can't close the ticket if the problem is not resolved.

I hate LEX when there's a missed delivery. At least with Poslaju or GDeX or ABX, I can go the next day to their office to collect. LEX's is located in the same building as S.H.I.E.LD. Malaysia. Can never get them to divulge its location.

Anyone buy Wall's Ice Cream before? What happens before or during delivery? Do they call or text beforehand so I can ensure someone is home?

Lazada: 11 out of 11 Chinese orders made on 10 & 11/12. All arrived today. 1 more from 13/12 to go
11Street: 2 CN orders from 7-8/12 arrived today. 1 CN order from 8/12 came last week. 5 CN & 1 local from 12-13/12 to go. 1 of the CN still not shipped.
Shopee: 2 local orders from 12/12 arrived today. 1 local 12/12 order came last week. 3 CN orders from 12/12 to go.

So far no cancellations yet. All shipped except that lone CN order from 11street.

dammit. Today again cannot receive TAC from Lazada to my Digi Prepaid number. The TAC request when trying to pay by wallet after you haven't used the account for awhile.

Change number at Lazada to another number, also Digi Prepaid and it's fine.

I got the Electrolux ZMO1530M from Tesco during the 29KAW sales in 2017. RM149. RM109.54 after discount. Heartily recommend it.

Now slightly more more expensive. Tesco dun have it anymore.
