Some of my 11/11 wallet orders triggered cashback rebates into my wallet just this past week or 2, so that's likely the source. Different promo got different fulfilment times.

Most of the time will hit that date. Not all, and definitely don't rely on it for urgent matter or something your company or you need (wedding deco etc). Especially for those which show greater than 7 days, because mostly is ship from overseas, who knows what sort of delay can happen.

Cannot. Try and see if you can buy another gift card (sometimes, rarely, it works). Otherwise reload your prepaid, or ask around if anyone needs help to buy things (e.g. milo/milk powder for families).

Can, just not using Lazada's mobile top up. Now got vendors on Laz selling top up services.

Fair, as they provide a service. Let's say you have a RM100 Lazada voucher, spending additional Rm0.50 to be able to use it is not too much right?

So far their practice with other rebates (like for normal purchases) is that rebate used before the 'main' balance.
