Preferred Seller status had been withdrawn a few months ago. Also Free Shipping Vouchers cannot be used, ie no free shipping if order >RM40.
So I already stop buying from MD.

Nothing wrong. In case of order cancellation and refund, you shall use credit card to pay instead of Lazada wallet, then it will be refunded to your credit card.
