Lazada and Lazada wallet are different entities.
Lazada is Ecart services (M) Sdn Bhd.
Lazada wallet is Alipay Malaysia, the money shall be managed under a special account and regulated by Bank Negara. Alipay Malaysia is one of the 30+ licensed e-money service provider.

If you reloaded on 11/11, you already received 1% on 25/11, and you will get 15% max RM25 by 25/12 (for 1/11-30/11 transactions).

15% CB is bonus (valid till 31/12/2018 only), based on transactions in a calendar month, regardless of posting date.
Eg transactions on 1/11 - 30/11 (including the transactions posted in early December), 15% max RM25 CB by 25/12.

Lazada Gift Voucher?
You cannot use more than 1 LGC in a transaction, and you cannot combine with the discount code as well.
