bought a china android tv + dvb-t2 box, receive after 8 days and it freezed when watching dvb-t2 channel every 30 mins, tipu product. ask lazada about return they just tell me to initiate return and will proceed to revalidate my voucher, should be receiving an email in two days.
seriously buying china product is very hit or miss, and more miss than hit.

finally my payment passed. comes monday gonna check my CC record see if any amount gotten deducted because tried to pay 1 item for so many times.
finally get my notebook ram 8gb 2400mhz @ 217.20 with cimb and lazada shake code.

Lazada had done it again. bought a RAM from eit and not getting it shipping, asked if can go collect says no. says delay because many order macam my fault buying from them during 1111.
then i go complain to lazada on saturday, the agent said confirm sunday deliver. i ask sure sunday he said confirm sure asked me to wait.
good, now sunday past zor. Awesome Lazada. they never learned one.

speaking of which, those who need a 1tb SSD and decided to give up lazada during 1111, i got a perfect deal.

SME is selling SSD here and Lazada is official partner. others region is hard to claim warranty because samsung does not officially sell ssd there.
tell me you yourself has problem claiming a samsung warranty in malaysia before and let us know what's the reason they given?

my settlement amount is RM576.2. if someone selling samsung here ask you dont buy from amazon, look at the price. then you know why.
worse case senario and beyond 30 days, ask amazon to claim the warranty on behalf.
