I am seriously disappointed! This has been happening very frequently! What the *** are they doing?
The last time I had problem with Lazada was on last October 2018 CASE ID : 160xxx2x , Order no : 20x5x3x5xxx0xx
I bought pocophone with promo value and *** happened. I got a refund, but lost the promo value worth more than Rm100. I got a voucher that is not even near the promo amount.
I lost all hoped on Lazada and stayed away until now, hoping that they will improve.
Few months down the road, I saw something that I want to buy for my Company Annual Dinner Lucky Draw Prize(THIS FRIKIN SATURDAY). I thought to myself, the problem I had last time might just be my luck, and that lazada have learned a lesson or two. But NO!
I bought 3 items worth more than RM 3,000. Let me break it to you.
1. HP Laptop (Tech-Mall) - RM1708 + Shipping [ Order No: 21Xx50xx5x8x8xx ] NINJAVAN
2. Sharp 40" LED TV (Tech-Mall) - RM 804 + Shipping [ Order No: 21xx95xxx9XxXx1 ] SKYNET
3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (Xiaomi) - RM 559 + Shipping [ Order No: 21xxx2xxxx11Xxx ] NINJAVAN
Both Item No.1 and No.2 are from the same seller. And No.3 is from Xiaomi itself.
Why am I pissed? Here are the reasons:
1. BOTH SELLER ARE LAZMALL FLAGSHIP STORE!!! ALL ITEMS ARE FBL(FULFILLED BY LAZADA)!
2. Sure I got refunded. Tell me how long do I need to wait? Oh wait, yes 5-15 FRIKIN DAYS!
3. My company dinner will be on this Saturday. I have used the money that they gave (RM3k) on lazada. And now they are telling me to wait 5-15 business days? Hey! Don't stop there, they will still need 1-3 business days to approve the refund. More a less, 2 weeks in total. How do I know this so well? Cause 'I am used to it' thanks to lazada.
4. I bought 3 items during the CNY event. 2 of them are marked FAILED DELIVERY. And 1 of them seems to be okay. Guess which one? SKYNET!
5. I have been told multiple times by their customer service executive that the seller choose the courier not Lazada. Here is my answer to that CS.
Do you know that Lazada partnered with the courier service and the sellers are able to select or to choose the courier? Do you get what I'm saying here? It is not the fault of the seller, it is Lazada. Because Lazada have given them the option to choose NinjaVan. Lazada partnered with NinjaVan! Thus it is Lazada's responsibility!
6. NinjaVan is *** up. Thus lazada *** up. NinjaVan said that they do not send electronic devices to East Malaysia, but LAZADA STILL MADE IT AN OPTION FOR THE SELLERS TO CHOOSE NinjaVan. What the ***
7. I Bought a 40" LED TV that weights heavier than both the Laptop and the HP combined. So far based on the tracking, Skynet is sending the TV(more than 10kg) to East Malaysia without problem(fingers crossed). But NinjaVan is not even willing to send a less than 2kg items to East Malaysia!? What a load of ***
75% of my order during the CNY sales are marked "FAILED". Wow, what a number.
TLDR:
1. Bought 3 items during CNY sales for company lucky draw prize this saturday.
2. 2 of them shipped by NinjaVan. 1 of them SkyNet(TV)
3. Ninjavan said they do not send electronic devices to EM. Thus marked failed delivery. Skynet so far no problem.
4. Now need to wait almost 2 weeks for the refund. No money to buy lucky draw prize. GG Lucky Draw this Saturday.
5. NinjaVan is the
best courier.
Courier company problem. So in future your problem still exist
