Hi guys,

My account have been locked by Lazada yesterday. Was checking my order in the afternoon (in my office) and could access it properly. Then when I got home at night and tried to access Lazada in my home PC, it shows "Your account has been locked for safety". Btw, I am using Facebook login.

Anybody experienced this? What did I do wrong? How do I enable my account again?

P.S: I still have a pending order which is being shipped. Will it affect the delivery process?

if you looking for better display [with HDR 10 +  DCI-P3]  , build quality and photo go for Mi8. so far RM1585 is da cheaper , RM150-200 different with poco 6+128gb

you get what you paid , just base on your need & budget. 

if rich of course go for iphone X or note 9

Hello everyone. New lazada customer.I ordered a pc cpeaker from edifier shop at lazada. the item is currently stuck at 'Your parcel has departed the logistics facility. [Subang Sort Center]' for 2 days. I am abit worried. Supposed to get before the 19th nov which is sunday but I think they don't work on Sunday?
