hi... how long it takes for the withdrew funds to be reflected in my account after Ewallet withdraw status showed "SUCCESS"... in my wallet history it shows WITHDRAW "SUCCESS", but the fund is yet to be received... anyone know how long or is it abnormal? thanks..

Something strange happened today. Received two packages which I did not order on the same day. Both packages had different item description and the invoice had different prices RM30+ and RM10. Both came from two different address in China. When I opened it, both packages had the same item inside a cheap plastic fidget spinner. Checked my credit card but don’t see charges for this two packages.

Should I be worried?

Yeah name, address and mobile number correct. I double checked everything, confirmed never order before. Inside the invoice says Lazada from the same seller.

Bought Lazada voucher from Boost, order go thru but get cancelled immediately.
Now that voucher gone. 

CS ok to revalidate (24-48 hrs).
Asked why cancelled, said because I used too much voucher. 
In fact the last time I use voucher was on early of Feb...

Fuck, the refund into wallet got expiry date!

Beware guys! Lazada wallet is untrustworthy! My RM70+  which get refunded after my order being cancelled, they didn't refund into my bank account, I thought it's OK as long as I am "holding" the money in Lazada wallet, but turns out it's already expired!

Fucking LAZADA! Anyone encounter this problem? Where can I make report to?!

Any black and white that say so? I thought it wont expired unlike rebate coupon that mention expiry date.

the refund voucher only show date of refund , didn't show any expiry date.  only promotion coupon show expiry time and date.  can you show me example ?

my main concern is the refund coupon or voucher has expiry date or not? if got , how to check it out? coz i got few hundreds refund voucher that seller cancel order . i don't want it to be missing in case i forgot to log in my account.

I went to check to see if mine got any expiry date but my wallet transaction history only goes up to Dec. My last refund was in Sep.

Anyway It would make sense to assume that a refund would not have an expiry date. Have you asked Lazada's live chat? Anyone here can show a screenshot of a refund?

thanks for the picture  and now i have clearer view why you say refund got expiry. but in my case , that column only mention my order id no and no date of expiry. anyway, i will try to utilise the refund as soon as possible.

told me they sent out extra item with my order.

i checked ntg extra also.... take out whole parcel , exact quantity as per order.

insisted that they checked cctv and saw the workers packed into my order...

WTF with this seller....

guess gonna ban and return all items ordered frm them....

its one of the lazmall seller....not those small seller

Kinda pissed with shopback.. for past 1 year i didnt get any cashback..
they always investigate n reject without a better reason and seems like script reason.

Hi,  do you guys ever have issue with payment on lazada app and desktop browser?

I cant make payment with all methods given.

Every item that i want to pay, it will appear transaction decline by risk scanning.

I already tried using different credit card and debit card. I had tried using online banking such as maybank2u. When i click pay, it straight away appear transaction decline by risk scanning. I cant even log in to online banking yet.

Is lazada block my acc?

I had tried using lazada website and also lazada app on iphone but stil got the same issue.

That's my concern too, I've some rebates earned that r going to expired soon and I still have some top up balance which I don't plan to use yet.. I'm looking at some cheap items to buy to use up the rebate plus abit of my top up balance.. Anyways, will try out to find out!

Hi Sifus, I have some questions here:

1) How long is the maximum delivery time frame for vendor in Lazada until it is being cancelled by Lazada system or vendor?
2) I bought few items under 1 same order# by applying discount code. If one of my item get cancelled by system or vendor, how is the refund going to be? Will the refund being prorated?

Eg. Bought total RM300 (2 items: RM 290 + RM10) with discount code of RM30. Total payout is RM270 but get cancelled on RM290 product.

Hence, the refund will be A or B?
A: Get refund of RM 270 - RM9 = RM 261 (Prorated: Applied 10% discount (RM1) on RM10 product)

B: Get refund of RM 270 - RM10 = RM260 (RM10 product need to pay in full price)

Appreciate your advise as I ultimately is to get the product but not to get cancelled & refunded!
