it's free.
you need to print the return form.
if you don't have a printer, you have to go with mbe instead. they'll charge a few cents for the print.

i bought a note 8 a few months ago.
the unit was a lemon, gps not working at all.
samseng didn't want to 1 to 1 exchange because already a month.
they fixed it, but glue overflow everywhere.

my suggestion is skip shitty samseng.
