Happened to me before. No matter how much u complain, they wont revalidate that voucher unless u paid some money + their voucher. Next time use Paypal, just my 2sen

For future purchase, I suggest u apply CIMB LZD Prepaid then link to Paypal for more secure payment. As for this case, nothing can be done d unless u told us earlier while the Milo order still havent pay, we would suggest just pay and return the Milo then ask them to revalidate that voucher. They might revalidate that since u ald put money there.

Malay cs I've encountered always bs one. Give everything also cant solve. Ask to escalate to higher department say cannot. Ask SV for my trouble for legit case also reluctant to give. Not even their money
