I had the RM2 Grab Lazada RM12 voucher. It's valid and can be used save for prepaid topups. The TnC states no restrictions. So I livechatted Lazada about this on the 10th.

From my interactions with them, it seems their SOP is:

1. Wait until the voucher expires then reply to customer. TnC states that it expires on 13/12 but you can't actually use it on 13/12. There's literally no time. Not even if you're Dr Strange with the Time Stone.

2a. Customer wait and wait for reply from Lazada until forget. Expired. Close case.

or

2b. Customer beh tahan and have already used the voucher. Email customer saying the voucher has been used. Close case.

Luckily I'm 2b.

No wonder ppl jump ship to Shopee.

Dear lazada sifus, which parties should I consult to revalidate unused expired lazada voucher that bought from telco? Telco or lazada?

Any protips on approaching either of them? Last time ask nicely they keep taici-ing to each other till I lazy d sweat.gif
