For our condo, it uses Toshiba brand of lifts, but I believe that it's more than 10 years old dy as the condo itself is 23 years old. Does break down from time to time, but gets repaired within a week.

Our management is currently sourcing for new lifts for both blocks (2 in each block, so 4 in total). Some options are under consideration such as increasing the maintenance fees temporarily to cover the purchase of the lifts as one of them.
