Shopee show will refund in 14 working day
Now been like 1 week pass ,still ntg come out…abit worry

I got sspn-i & plus ac. sspn-i can swipe with debit card only at counter, sspn-i plus can swipe with debit/credit card via online. Haven't try use bigpay to deposit into sspn a/c b'cos I'm use PBB Debit card to pay, got cash back RM 10 per trx.

Yes something wrong, I just top up 2X RM100 but my BP balance increased by RM300. 

Yesterday I had a missing top up.
Chit chatted with CS.
CS told will credit by yesterday 3pm but received another update from the same CS that will credit by today.

However today is public holiday for FT KL.
BP team got work?

Cant topup BP since yesterday, keep saying my cards (both credit and debit card) CVV or Expiry date is incorrect, i delete and add back the cards also cannot  (same error came out and not allow me to add), tried clear the apps data and login also same...anyone has this issue?

Did anyone success perform SSPN deposit (top-up) using BigPay as Debit Card? I read from their website mentioned Debit Card can be use, but over the counter.

I would think Debit Card referring to ATM card that bear the logo of MyDebit, which usually  associate with Mastercard.

Anyone knows if BigPay can be used to pay for SSPN-i? I read a while back some people said that they consider BigPay as a debit card and allowed payment. If possible, is it only payable at PTPN counter?

I just got updated all maybank card no longer have cashback after 7 July. If anyone who went for that option would regret, therefore I just want to confirm as I just got my FC card and endup getting the no more cashback by 7  July after I received my card.

They DID NOT care about your account security at all.
On 1/8/19 i realised some unauthorized transaction.
I chat to them asking whether i need to replace a new card, they just replied in a chill manner no need for a replacement card, just fill in the dispute form.

If the same happens for any bank, for sure they will cancel the card immediately and issue a new card..

And guess what, another 2 unauthorized transactions happened again yesterday, amounting RM1500 each!!

Lucky i don't have much balance in the card.
Imagine if you have balance in the card.

Counter: no charge
Boost: RM 1 per transaction

So it's gonna void it? Oh too bad.

it seems BP still eligible for CB.
Yet, i'm not sure why they didnt include my BP top up on 31st August.
Should i call to CS to verify?
I'm afraid after i called the CS they gonna recall all BP CB
