I reloaded bigpaay vard but payment still failed when i wanna pay for air asia. Anyone having this problem?

Had this problem before during the air asia promo. Contacted the customer service bp and they asked me to clear the cookie in my air asia account for bp details. First incident, ok but second incident still failed. Not sure where is my mistake though.

Agoda booking deduction thru bp require OTP? U mean that otp received thru sms? What if i chose to pay later thru bigpay card and deduction date happen when i was oversea and i couldnt receive the otp? I booked thru desktop and chose local currency

Has anyone used the BigPay card for hotel overseas transaction before? The hotel deducted the fees plus deposit during checking in and they said they will return deposit into card few days later. When I checked BigPay apps it converted from 2million rupiah to 1.6 million rupiah with settled status means they did refund to BigPay?

Oh my I checked my BigPay it got blocked. Is it because the coming bigpay replacement card otw? I requested for pay wave card

Btw I thought grabpay not eligible for online with yolo uob card as notified in uob thread starting June 2019. Sorry off topic

Does it takes very long to transfer the money from BigPay to mbb as I transferred on 28 Aug received the receipt and notification last night but i checked the account no money in yet
