BigPay app down again...little circle rotating then msg popped up "Failed to load transactions". Same thing happened last night rclxub.gif

Failed to add Bigpay card to Grab app. OTP was triggered but transaction still failed sad.gif
Then opened BigPay app and saw this notice:

No statement from BP as to why this occurred but after after escalating the issue to their CS, my pending transactions from 8 Dec - 21 Dec are now reflected as 'settled'.

BP in-app live chat. I told CS all transactions from 8 Dec still pending and she still asked me for dates of the transactions concerned rclxub.gif
So I shot her with, "ALL TRANSACTIONS FROM 8 DEC ONWARDS, BIGPAY CAN'T CHECK THE DATES??"

2 days later, all transactions are reflected as settled.
