Guys, normally the BPcard will send to our mailbox directly or doorstep which require signature? first topup last tuesday, and yet to receive the card, but the app already shown "Delivered! time to active" since yesterday.

I haven't receive the card lo... ;-(

just saw bigpay in my mailbox..immediately done topup and test to pay MPSJ assessment fees in MPSJ portal...but failed.. :-( is it BP online payment failed today?

actually why you guys want to topup boost using bigpay?
your bigpay source of reload is from your credit card right?
why not just directly topup boost using back that same credit card?

what are the benefit of topup boost using bigpay? really wonder why? please enlighten me ;-)

no, no email yet, amount havent deducted from BP. I think normally need wait 1-2 days for the UOB email.

just receive "not approve" email from uobpayonline. tmr gonna use shopee to pay for bill instead of uobpayonline. =X

can bigpay used to pay in digi bill in digi portal? tried but failed.. :-(..why this big pay always failed when used it online? frustrated .

Bigpay really need to improve/upgrade their server since more and more online failure happen....it is very troublesome, tired and wasting time to keep try and error.. :-(
perhaps Bigpay doesn't expect this huge amount of user in a short period less than 1 year. ..server always overloaded causing the delay/failure/connection lost/etc..


i retry again my digi payment after 2-3 hrs, still payment failed...really upset.

hooray..after 2 failed payment in digi portal yesterday, finally payment successful 10min ago.

Btw, my cc verification payment (fave rm2 on 26th Aug) and Ipay88-Shopee(rm1 on yesterday) haven't reverse... May I know normally it take how many days for BP to automatically reverse it?

for shopee, when it checkout, i saw my saved BP bank is CIMB bank as well. Dont know why? but when i save it, i select as tune money.
It might be there is no tune money in IPay88 database record, and bind it to CIMB by default? whistling.gif
