so unreliable even physical card. went to petronas, keep trying and get fail message. have to rethink for converting this card for my daily usage already.

tried to use at TnG hub around 1.30pm, failed. not bother retrying, straight away use another cc.

Tried to pay hl insurance at 3pm, around 430 received email said unable to process. Retried and get the same around 7pm.
BigPay has issue today? Issue that impact the normal usage of the card? ðŸ¤

I supposed it fown for today whole day... If the transaction is urgent, never do it last minute if you plan to use BP. Attached thumbnail(s)

I just submitted the request to convert to contactless.
Any indication of 'freeze' of the card can i find from the app? Coz it seems to be just the same before i submit the request.

noticed in my new contactless card, there is a ape logo on right bottom of back of the card... any meaning to that ?
