I did tried pay unifi at uobpayonline using bp card last month. No error on the spot, but tx didn't get through. No confirmation email, no payment record in unifi.

Can you remove the the withdrawal option 4k from HLB Puchong Jaya from first page?
I couldnt withdraw 4k anymore since last month. Now max is only 2k from all CRM machines at HLB Puchong Jaya, and Pusat Bandar Puchong.

top up using pb card ? if yes, may be not umobile that cause the problem.
i experienced the same scenario on few weeks ago. and i escalated the issue to maxis. they dont see any failure at their end and total SMS sent is equivalent to total SMS i received. I suspect the issues started at pb end then. but i dont think pb able to trace the issue for me.

just received my 4x point by reloading bigpay using hsbc card, which takes more than 1 month this time.

another valid reason to support my guess that the issue is resides at pb instead of telco, is, i can send SMS and received SMS to/from another mobile sim during the "OTP failure time".

ya, bank normally get their software from vendors. they dont normally develop their own software.
the process flow on OTP and SMS receiving is started from bank trigger a request to the SMS gateway, SMS gateway submit SMS to telco's SMSC (before that may involve MNP dipping), SMSC forward the SMS to my SIM.

so, i trace my issue backward from Maxis, and since Maxis told me no failure in their SMSC (if this is true), meaning, the problem falls at PBB (either their triggering part of the SMS gateway).

which machine? i ever withdraw 4k one time there, but, cannot get anymore the next time i go.

I just return from hlb puchong jaya, tried all crm machines, non of them can withdraw 4k. Weird.

And, cimb Bandar puteri, 3rd ATM machine from left can withdraw up to 3k. And I noticed only this machine dispense rm100 note.

i requested for a new wave card, but i can still use my account to send and receive money from others. meaning account is not freeze yet. cant confirm whether the card is frozen, as i transfer out all money before i request upgrade.
