Just paid for Prudential via their website and the payment was successful without any tac code required. Anyone encountered this?

My wife has just gotten her BP card. When trying to link using my air asia big email ID, it keeps popping up email is invalid. Any issues encountered by other people too?
Or is it because my BP card has been linked with this email ID and they do not allow the same ID to be linked to 2 cards? |

Looks like adding new credit card bigpay will doan initial charge RM4.I presume this will be reversed? Cant seem to find any info on this in bigpayme.com

Just made a withdrawal at hong leong ATM and surprisingly got 2 withdrawal transactions. Should I escalate or just wait for the duplicated transaction to be reversed, since still pending?

Hi. Is it me or I can’t seem to see option to add new credit card to top up? Went to settings, top up sources but only bank transfer available there. Together with my other existing credit cards
