i just used bigpay in Iceland and UK... no issues... all pay wave, or signature or PIN... all pass.. and good rates too!
Settlement took some time though.. few days...

not much difference from market rate at that time last week... 0.0341..
i used bigpay for all the purchases... food, drinks, coffee, ice cream, market, shopping... but not the fuel stations though (i saw most were unmanned fuel stations..) maybe you can try if you go there...

anyone managed to log into bigpay? mine seem to failed... empty screen... worried cos i got a few K in there...

It's a new year 2019, I'll try to ignore the sarcasm since there is nothing positive about this observation.

maybe i am old school and not too app savvy, but to me an app is still software subject to hacking.. if large corporations can get hacked, so can a new player in the market like BigPay...
By clarifying if it is a common issue with Bigpay in this forum topic, then we may share that the app is very unstable.
But if it is isolated like my case, then i will see what is up in my end...

anyway, for the note:

Conclusion: I found the reason the app can't show details in my phone... This is Internal issue.. noticed that if i logged in via wifi from my office, i cannot access Bigpay... so it's most likely some filter from my office internet blocking access to Bigpay...
For some forum members to note if they ever face similar issues.

Nah... no need bring up to mod/ staff over the small issue.
was a bit offended earlier, but also realized better to take things positive.

I want to report that I received VAT refund 25/01/2019 from "Premier Tax free" from my last UK trip in 21/12/2018.
They refunded into my Bigpay card for GBP1.45, which converted into MYR amount (RM7.17).

I filled up the VAT form and dropped it at the LHR counter.

i panicked the first few times of app 'unable to connect'.. but now kind of used to the downtime...

although i must say it has been quite long..
last time downtime lasts about 2-3hours... this one almost 1 day d.

I got this error when topping up with big pay...

Hi may I know the full terms and conditions which resulted in cannot top up boost? A link would help. Thanks in advance.
I have gone through the thread both here and boost, and it seems mismatched in payments allowance for non 3d secure.

i managed to reload 800 into boost from BigPay as well... @ 4pm and with OTP.

i experienced it trying to withdraw from Bank Islam Ampang branch ATM at about 11pm two months ago...
so i just and the ATM a bit... feeling lost... walked in and out of the ATM area... and after grumbling to myself for 10 to 15mins, (yes.. that long...) the card came out by itself...

phew... and i never withdraw outside banking hours again for bigpay...

Maybe that's why I kena.... zzz...

But, it did happened to me.. and i am not sure of the cause.
So, I just share my experience...

So conclusion is to be safe, just withdraw during banking hours and at branch atm with prior success, unless no choice...
