bigpay seems to be linked to AMBANK as their acquirer bank.

I don't use Taobao Lite app. I'm using Taobao China app and always quoted in RMB. Sorry I only use Taobao forwarding service or my colleagues will bring for me when they visit Malaysia or China.

to confirm few things, as I about to use this card in overseas:

-the limit to withdraw is 3k each time? so RM 6 will be charge each time of the withdrawal? e.g. if one to withdraw 6K, he will be charged RM 12?
-do we need to call Big pay for overseas travelling to avoid disruption in using the card?
-we can reload the card using credit card without extra charge as of now?
-For claim purposes, is it possible to print statement using Big Pay apps, or is there any such thing about statement in Big Pay
-I can't recall I ever set the pin number for ATM withdrawal. is it the same pin as in the Big Pay apps?

So far, boost top up no need to key in OTP for me. just finger print or pin.

you sure you are logging to boost app? or similar virus app that already replace your boost app that look exactly the same and require the OTP for topup..but actually the otp is used for other transaction instead.....(my imagination is a bit over)     

yesterday, 4.32pm, using cc, no need otp, except when adding new cc.

in case OTP is really needed, do you check the code is the same as your sms, if not....really high chance your boost app is compromised.

e.g ABCD-xxxxxx  <<< check the code "ABCD" must match before key-in 6 digits pin.

bigpay, I had tried to remove card and add back also can't top up....haizzzz. but no issue for other card.

I also tried top up boost with bigpay, and FAIL!!! 

Yes - I encountered this too since Friday.

As mentioned by the others, this is nothing new. It's an ongoing, random, intermittent issue that's been plaguing Boost for some time now.

Some of us can top-up Boost using BP without any issue while some can't. None of us has yet to be able to pinpoint the root cause other than ensuring that your BP card is registered to a single Boost account only.

Any MBB ikhwan card holder here?

Does top up BP on Friday entile the CB for ikhwan?

Does top up BP entitle treatspoint? If yes will be good. Will got both BIG and TP..
