We've had problems with Allianz & ManuLife, where they sometimes try to process the transaction under the Visa scheme instead of marketing. When you contact them, first thing they'll say is "check with BigPay" when the error comes from them. If you shoot me a DM with your info, I'll inquire.

I call bull as their answer doesn't make any sense. We're a Mastercard. We don't block any transaction or merchant (unlike others). As long as the payment terminal or online gateway is compatible, it'll always go through.
