Made a payment at Celcom online store on Tuesday, payment deducted from my BigPay account. However, Celcom online store didn't capture the payment. Contacted their customer service and they requested me to provide proof of payment (bank statement complete with bank account details).

BP can withdraw 10k
instant cash out, I can put in to SCB privilege saver acc with 4% p.a. return
2 days deposit already more than 0.002% return
nearby my office got SCB bank so no extra traveling cost to me

I think it's BP system glitch
I able to reload more than 10k last month.
I top up 12k with cc in June.

With 2.5k limit, don't think I will continue use their TT payment.
1k SGD already 3k MYR ..

I prefer cc points over bigpay
And 2.5k limits only .. need to cumulate few mths
