Anyone having problem like the Big Points doesn’t get updated?

Mine showing 1,622 since Monday till now

Between these days I did certain transfer and reload. Those points reflected in the app but doesn’t add into the 1,622.

We had some issues on Tuesday, with our payment processor being down hence causing some discrepancies with in-app data. It's a bug rather than a security problem. If you guys experienced something like that around Tuesday / Wednesday, then there's nothing to be worried - though I apologise for the scare and the trouble encountered!

With regards to BIG Points, just make sure the transactions are settled? In the case of top ups, it should take no more than a day or so. We're investigating on our side if BIG Loyalty's API is down. In any case, all points will be awarded at some point!

why not post more info rather that the usual "will this xxx affect bigpay in anyway"? seems like a trend on baiting discussion

Guys, just to be 100% sure: if you're facing BIG Points issues, please use our live in-app chat (Settings > Support > Chat with us) to notify us that you haven't been awarded any even for settled transactions. As I said, they should all be automatically awarded at some point but I don't to take any risk and prefer if we can keep an individual tab to make sure it gets solved Thanks!

Me too. No time to check if it is because of the exchange rate changed so much in a few days time or BP initial estimate rate is always lower. Anyone experienced the final rate is lower than the initial estimate rate?

I'm in Japan now and tried withdrawing cash via ATMs here:
- ATM @ 7-11: Withdrew JPY10k - No transaction fee + RM10 ATM withdrawal fee
- ATM @ Lawson: Withdrew JPY20k - JPY216 transaction fee (1.08%) + RM10 ATM withdrawal fee

This new BigPay policy of not allowing same credit card to be used in more than one BigPay account - it's a new policy, no annoucement/notice given to users, BigPay just implement it straight away. I think it's unfair to users. At least a period of adjustment is given to users to rearrange the cards in top up source prior implement the policy.
