Is it normal to get top up rejection using UOB card? All this while able to top up without issue, but lately keep facing rejection.

Hi everyone, has anyone encountered an unknown transaction? Does it look like my BigPay card has been compromised? I hope someone can share if you've faced this problem before. Thanks.

I've never made any of those transactions before, nor did I receive any notifications about them. I haven't lost any money yet, as I only top up the account when I’m going to use it for a payment on that particular day.

I will terminate this current card and reapply for a new one later.

Wow, that seems scary. Luckily, I didn’t park any money in it. I did reach out to their support to ask about these issues, but they responded quite slow to me.

Do you mind sharing how long the refund process took? And did they outright reject any of refund request and blame end user side or all request get refunded without asking much?

the refund is quite fast, within 7 working days but after receive refund, same transaction appear. Their CS is damn slow in reply ad lucky I left only RM 10 inside now.

They didn't reject my refund claim dispute, I think they know already as not only me kena.
No point freezing if scam appear again when using later. I prefer wise or GX Bank, easier.

Thanks for the details.

Back then, the BigPay card is useful to avoid AirAsia processing fees. However, now that AA no longer imposes them it's better to choose another debit card that offers better security than BigPay.
