anyone having credit card top up issue?
current I am unable to add my new credit card and having issue top up issue using existing card.
error msg such as something wrong, please contact bank or use other sources appear.

Yes same issue. I reached out to BigPay support over live chat - they said there's no issue on their end. Asked me to try and uninstall and reinstall app - which I have now done, still doesn't work.

They also asked whether I used this card to top up another person's BigPay account and I said yes - then said I should remove the card from that account and try again. I had already tried this even before reaching out to support. I also tried another few cards and all didn't work. I'm assuming (hoping?) it's a temporary issue?

I cannot topup using OCBC and Citibank CC;
but I can topup using  PB CC.
Which Bank CC you have issue topup ?
