Guys about transaction status..
There is approved, settled, decline, pending, and released, reverse..

Anyone can clarify or know more than above status?
I think things that already fix and reflected is = approved /settled /decline/reversed.

Thing that floating and not confirm is = pending

But what is released mean?

What mean? U swipe in merchant they don't accept but its charged? Then later on they release back the amount to you? How about merchant side? You pay with other cards?

Update, not sure what happen..

July 20 bought something using big pay..
After 2 or 3 day the transaction show released (meaning it refund to me)
Then till today already over 1 week, suddenly it reflect from released to settled...
The money minus back...
I wonder if during the release timing I use up my money, what will happen? Nx top up sudden minus my money? Lol

For my case during released I have around 6xx...the release amount is near 200..then today is 4xx cause the release sudden to settled...

My point is, when it show release, I use up the 6xx...what will happen next? Lol

Thanks for your update and awareness actually.
I noticed bigpay don't have a clear balance sheet. So i did a manual one for my tracking such as download the excel.
End of the month i will see how much i have and tally back.
Then on this month transaction i will put opening balance on top. By doing this i could have avoid the same thing happen to you.
For your case , i think your side notice it since transaction not much.
I can't imagine if someone did alot transaction and might miss-out.

haha agree.. If due to human intention then it will be a legal case.
Previously i have some experience in banking line where there is a few people did a case where they reroute telegraphic transfer from customer to their own account. Everything is recorded in system and the employee get caught red handed. Get sack and not sure is there legal action been taken or not.
Study abroad also can't think about this thing all using system and easily tracked on this wrong doing and they still do.
Same thing i guess could happen to BP, if they track back system log, they can easily tracked down the issue and is there any manual job involved(human).
I guess after all BP system should similar as banking one.

Planning go to middle east.. We can use this withdraw from any bank atm which accept master card rite? Didn't plan to change much cash in midvalley.. But I scare if later on bigpay can't withdraw in Oman then I in trouble...

Between, my gf used it pay something at shopee, transaction didn't pass in Shopee but bigpay reduced her balance.. She will get back once system refresh rite?
