Hey, I'm really sorry you feel that way. Keep in mind this is only the second phase of our contactless cards roll-out. There's more to come and we're going to make sure that nobody feels left out. But we needed to be mindful in how we proceeded with this, for a few reasons. First, if we had released the new contactless cards and allowed everyone to re-card immediately... From a stock management and delivery perspective, this would have made it very difficult. And probably not great from a customer point of view as well: bear in mind that cards go inactive when they're being replaced, and that's something we've been assessing whether there was a workaround or not.

We considered different options in how we were going to re-card our oldest and most loyal users - including doing it by batch starting from earliest adopters. But this would have created a lot of technical work at a time where we'd rather have our teams focused on delivering a better app & experience.

Anyway, I completely understand how some of you will feel about it - and I anticipated it. Not trying to say we've made the best decision, just explaining what was the thinking behind the route we took!

Aiyo small matter la.... quick fix. Call them say your card got problem - faulty card. Ask them replace one.

It's free. Only missing card they charge wat.

good effort by bigpay, but as a user, you/your wife should diligently check the app for any abnormal transactions recorded. 

i'd prefer bigpay to contact me directly prior to replacement (and informing of abnormal transaction), at least no shock later.
