i top up 2 day ago, but the top up transaction didn't reflect in app

successful top up, credit card charged, just didn't reflect in app sweat.gif

My recent transactions also "settled" but didn't show any "Points earned"

Usually it will show how much "Points earned" in the transaction

23/1 Shopee approved my refund

24/1 Refund processed, SOP 7 to 14 working days to reflect

Used my bp card at restaurant, after pin & pay, merchant double swipe my card at POS, the cashier's action was too fast, I couldn't stop her......

anything I need to concern? sad.gif

Not double charge, I read somewhere double swipe will capture cardholder's sensitive data, expose fraud risk etc.

Manually key in doesn't need CVV right? If double swipe, they can get access and store payment card's sensitive data.

Since the cashier already swiped, nothing I can do, even I void the charge, they also stored my card data to their POS.

If I know the Merchant will double swipe, I rather pay cash or won't support at all.

Because I blocked my card's CVV, some merchants used to manually key in, but they didn't request for my CVV.

tried my first withdrawal on HLB

3 out of 4 atm, all cannot withdrawal 3k / 4k

error: AMOUNT > ATM LIMIT

I deposit 40 RM100 notes into HLB ATM/CDM, then try withdraw 4k, doesn't work too

reject reason: AMT>ATM LIMIT
