@BigPayJonathan Reporting in, Paid using Bigpay at the Andaman Resort LGK but there is no BigPoint? Status is Settled and tagged as accommodation.

Guys, i reloaded 8x with PBB with OTP entered but Bigpay app only shows 6 top up successful. Top-up on 10 Dec with the screen diverted to Bigpay screen after entered OTP.

Anyone with the same scenario?

My app is updated but today is already 11th Dec and is not reflected on the Bigpay App...still the transaction is not in and Pbe statement did not show either.

Yeah, with BP RM10k max. That's nothing to him. Jst ard 2.5k USD

I've use Bigpay to swipe for SSPN-i but the point is not telly with the on-going promotion:



E.g If you swipe RM6000, i suppose to get 2100 pts but currently the app is only showing 300pts.

Anyone got the same pts?

Anyone encountered this before? Suddenly my balance turned negative -400 hundred plus. Bigpay can simple deduct without asking..

Yes, i just noticed deducted from boost but my boost wallet does not have the money in. It was auto reloaded by Boost and there is no otp sent to my phone.

Bigpay replied it was late posting by Boost. Try to check back some old transactions u did with boost and tally back. Should be correct. U can email to boost at support@myboost.com.my.

Is not about showing teeth. When u suddenly realised yr balance turned negative and that got you nervous to think any scam that u encountered.

Bigpay is prepaid card and it should not have any negative balance and overly deducted money.
