Looks like today either suddenly everyone rushing to top up bigpay for the Monday swipes or BP payment processor kinna still down. It doesn't seem to go to the OTP page at all - anyone else facing the same issue??

do early settlement you can't use cc or debit card, you must give cash/cheque/money order etc

i've done it before, no issue. it was because PBB HP account doesnt accept online transfer (for whatever odd reason), gotta bring cheque/cash to settle it.

you should ASK your loan bank, what transfer mode is available.

if online acceptable, transfer fund for 99.99% of the oustanding. then drop by loan bank branch to get final oustanding and pay cash on the spot (should be as low as possible after paying off 99.99% earlier), then close the loan account then and there.

if online not possible, then use the manual method, cash/cheque/bank draft/etc. <-- again, check with the loan bank.

No. You can't. Banks have no terminal for you to swipe cards la.
Full settlement only allows cheque or cash, I did my hire purchase full settlement last year by issuing banker's cheque.
