This RM6 will be charged by BigPay if you slot BigPay card to local bank ATM to withdraw cash. So far, local bank do not charge any on withdrawal using BigPay card. However, there are non bank you need to be careful as they might charge.

this is called p2p (peer 2 peer) transfer. works within bigpay ecosystem, so bigpay to bigpay aka p2p. free of charge.

it will not work for non-bigpay accounts.

on other ewallet app, it has bill payment. ewallet connect to 1 or few payment aggregator and this aggregator already done connection to each payees. ewallet gotta pay certain fee to the aggregator depends on specific rate for each payee.

so far, bigpay doesn't have bill payment or mobile reload feature.
