It doesn't matter. The more u try to withdraw, the more chances that you will be in my situation. My situation is the same as the other forumer, Standard Chartered ATM machine doesn't have enough cash. Bigpay app shows money withdawed and status doesn't change. I have to fill up a dispute form and bigpay will take their bloody own sweet time to investigate.

Hope this won't happen when I'm overseas. I plan to reload and withdraw when I'm in France to save on exchange rate.

So the feature ready?

Does this mean we can top up our BigPay account and then transfer to our bank account? That means no need to go ATM for withdrawal?

I have recently returned from Paris where my daughter is studying. I find it interesting how similar the working of our Big Pay card is to the N26, an "online" bank that started in Germany and is now widely used in Europe. My daughter has signed up for an account with N26 and the application procedure is the same as that in Big Pay card.
Online banking is the trend in Europe. These banks are licensed to conduct online banking business and they have no physical presence. Top up is by bank transfer (not sure if there's credit card top up feature) and the use of the card for payment is like our debit card. You can withdraw cash from any ATM. If you have any issue, you contact them using the chat service in the app.
Several major banks in France such as BNP Paribas, HSBC etc have set up online banks to cater for this new trend of banking.

Closer to home, we have Revolut in Singapore. I just set up my account with them. They allow credit card top up to the bank account and also free international withdrawal.

Interesting, it should be targeting Malaysia as its next market

I had same problem as some of you here that I kept getting error messages of "Failed to obtain BigPay card information".
A few minutes ago I logged in to check the status. My money is still there alright. I tried doing a local bank transfer but it wouldn't allow me. I needed to do a re-verification of myself, the same steps as in when I first signed up. The message said they would get back to me in 48 hour.

Made a mistake in local bank transfer yesterday. Account number was correct but bank I selected was
wrong.
Now have to wait for 48 hours for the rejection/reversal before I can redo the transfer.
So people, make sure you have the correct banking details or you will be in same situation as me.
Luckily it's only 50 sen cost.

The chat feature in BigPay is really frustrating. You get a message of how many people are waiting to be served, after a while that notification disappears, and you wait and wait and not know how long it will be. Then you go away to the washroom, come back to a screen that seems to have been frozen. The next thing you know an email comes in to tell you you have missed the chat.
Then you try to start a new chat but again end up missing the chat.

My RM1,000 seems to have been stuck at BigPay. I have chatted 5-6 times, emailed 2-3 times and have not got my money back.
Is there a channel to lodge a complaint if my money is still not returned this week?

I am happy with my first try at withdrawal from overseas. I'm in Japan right now and I was able to withdraw from an ATM at 7-11 just now and the rate was good, RM3.843 (for 100 Yen). I exchanged at money dealer before I left and it was RM3.91.

Sorry fruitie I only just checked in here.
I was in Sapporo. You should have no problem I think. Maximum JPY30,000 per withdrawal as the sticker on the ATM machine says.

Can someone share, how can I benefit the bank transfer feature?

Like, can use it to offset CC payment, or to make the bank statement shows steady crediting, etc.
*
Example: You are owing RM3,000 on a card from Bank A. You also have a card from Bank B which now offers you 0% for 6 or 12 months for balance transfer. When you apply with Bank B for transfer of this RM3,000, you are effectively applying for transfer of the card debt from A to B.
So instead of you having to pay RM3,000 to Bank A by the next due date, you can now split-pay it by 6 or 12 months to Bank B. That means the money originally meant for settlement of your Bank A card is now available for your use for other purposes.
But do remember that you still owe a debt, just that you now get an extension of time to split pay it. And it's worth your while when it's 0%.
Get it?

maybe u should try with RM1.5k

I just did my first local ATM withdrawal and selected "credit card". Maybe the next time I try "savings" just to check.
Some said here that if the ATM dispenses RM100 notes then may be able to withdraw RM3,000 in one shot. I will try that next time.

That CS probably didnt know Aeon has credit card. Maybe he thought Aeon Member Card lol.

Have u tried with another card? could be BP topup problem.

Hey I had a chat with Kits today too, about whether payment to credit card is subject to the same RM2,000 monthly limit. He/she asked a few times whether I transferred to a credit card or a debit card, and said something like cannot transfer to credit card . I told him I just did that and if I'm not supposed to do that, I need to have my money refunded. Then he asked me to hold on and came back after a while to say yes it's subject to the RM2,000 local transfer limit. This could be a new CS

How do u use BP to make payment to credit card?
*
Under local bank transfer, after filling in name and account number, select purpose of payment as credit card and there you go.
This is my first time doing it. Previously I would transfer to bank and from bank to payment for card account. Since the system caters for it, I decided to try it to cut short one step and save time.

I agree. Note the transfer to pay for CC is under the local bank transfer. Also, I was paying my husband's credit card account.
