Guys I accidentally swiped a BigPay notification away, it's something about RM10 off using BigPay card on Shopee sales for this weekend. Now only realized I might need to use the discount....can anyone screencap the code to me?

Hi guys,
My current BigPay VISA card got issue (failed to authorize la, payment failed la etc) so BigPay CS instead of telling me what's the actual problem of the card, just issue a new card to me, said will be arriving in 5-7 days. Now this morning when I logged in to BP app, all my past transactions are gone...what the hell I can't even contact CS thru app. I got ghosted real hard. Is this normal during the process of getting a new card? |
