is there a way to pay credit card bills using bigpay?

Pay using Shopee. There are people who offers to pay CC bills for a service charge of 0.5%

there are few but i guess should be cautious. in case seller doesn't honor it, shopee tends to side with seller.

Do you know of any dispute that has happened before?

Yes, it is.

If I am not mistaken, effectively early September, the maximum withdrawal has been reduced to RM 500 per month.

I have the same problem as you. My card is expiring this month. When I tried to activate my new card, it kept saying that the CVC or expiry date is incorrect. I have checked that the CVC is correct and tried multiple times and still got the same error message. I managed to contact CS earlier after trying for a few days and the queue was damn long. I was asked to provide a selfie of me holding my IC. They were very particular about the selfie. I got rejected multiple times because the IC was not clear, my face was partly covered by the IC etc. I was asked to wait for someone to contact me in a few working days. What a frustrating experience just to activate the card.

Had the same experience. They had to manually activate my card.
However, my balance went to zero. Submitted another complaint and waiting for them to give back my money.

For currency conversion:
BigPay is charging 1% + network charges
PBB QMC is charging 1.25% + network charges

Given that QMC gives 2% CB for overseas transaction above RM 100, is it better to use QMC unless it's less than RM 100?

Anyone tried it before?

I posted the following message in TnG E-wallet thread but I am reposting here as it might interest those who are going overseas.

Today, I compared paying in Japan within few minutes difference between TouchNGo E-wallet (QR Payment) and BigPay.

BigPay charged RM 1 = 30.73698 yen (transaction pending but won't run away too far)
TnG E-wallet charged RM 1 = 30.99977 yen (conversion on the spot)

It seems Alipay network charges is cheaper than Visa.
