Apparently the apps also block screenshot so i can't keep a record of my transaction

Keep encountering "We cant seem to reach you. Check your connection to access your account" when trying to export my transaction list to excel from Analytics, anyone else having the same issue?
P/S:Updated to newest version of BP today but still same problem. Apparently the apps also block screenshot so i can't keep a record of my transaction |
