Bigpay change top up limit for credit card limit?
Now max rm5k.
Anyone also experience the same?

they imposed cash top-up fee now. RM2 per transaction of RM100 top up and RM5 per transaction above RM100.

I paid my unifi bill on 29 June (RM40), just checked my bigpay got RM5 extra, I assume it's the cashback but no transaction history to show that cashback transaction.

Do you accidentally click on any link from facebook or messenger?

Yes, back in 2018, my entire maybank account kena emptied by these fraud charges. The facebook description is a red herring, it has ntg to do with facebook.

Go talk to bigpay now and file disputes, change your card. It happens all the time.

Was hit with a USD 10 charge when i was having dinner.

Went online to chat with bigpay customer support to dispute this Facebook charge and the customer service really advised me to wait, saying that this charge might be reversed. I really waited, believing that the customer service had indeed taken note of the dispute and had put a note to it.

A few days later, the charge changed from pending to settled. Received a wishy washy email from the customer service closing the case, i was surprised.

Finally dawned on me that Bigpay got no incentive to take care of your money, so please take care of your money ...

P.S. I managed to save another RM 20 from being robbed by Facebook just after the first transaction.  ( they scammers tried all the way down to USD 1 )

At least Bigpay attempted the dispute and try to get a refund for you. They wishy washy away my amount and just offered to send me a new card.

Is it just because it's USD 10.00 and not USD 91.00 ?

Should i be scammed a bigger amount before Bigpay will take action ?
