Just withdrew money from my BigPay using SC at USJ Taipan, max amount per withdrawal is RM3000.

Not really liking the app's new money transfer sounds and animation - feels somewhat kiddy and tacky IMO. BigPayJonathan how about an avenue for us to turn off the sound?

Anyone having issues with their app support? Been trying for a few days and they keep saying no one is online. Messaged their FB and there is no reply there either.
Also for you guys which your card expired - will Bigpay send you another or it's something to be done on our end? |

Anyone having issues with confirming the new Visa card with PayPal? When trying to confirm the page gets redirected to a Visa site, which then it immediately fails. Paypal confirms the card by doing a small charge but BP says that there is no incoming or attempted transaction, hence the confirmation doesn't complete.
