Did anyone experience the same issue where if a payment is refunded in bigpay, it doesn't get reflected in your balance?

PSA: I just received the refunds to be reflected in my balance. Do check yours as well. This is very dangerous for customer as we do not receive monthly statement

PSA. Becareful with bigpay. After 2 years of hibernation this is what i found out.

1. During the transition from Mastercard to Visa, coincidentally I had a refund from Amazon. However I noticed it missing from my balance, hence I had to manually submit my request and had it successfully refunded in my balance
2. Bigpay PROMISED that VISA exchange rate is close the market rate, similar to what we enjoy with Mastercard. Those are lies as I booked my overseas flight ticket in GBP, EUR, and CZK. My AMEX does better rates than VISA. and maybank VISA almost the same but slightly worst by 0.01%
3. I decided to submit closure of my bigpay account and card. Bigpay charged me RM1 but not reflected in my transaction history, claiming it was from a EUR60 transaction. Sneaky bastards

If you dont catch them, they wont tell u. Imagine the free money bigpay getting from ignorant customers. Not even a single FAQ on deactivation. No wonder didnt get digital bank license. Sorry no drillz

Previously whatever rates you googled, u get the same rates, sometimes slightly better on bigpay. With VISA, it does not apply anymore. That was the selling point of bigpay. Not sure what else changed

Are u using bigpay visa?

Hmm...i havent try USD yet. I guess the rates for USD is competitive. But im letting mine go, very inconsistent usage. And the only card that i need to always be aware, too risky
