FPP different with BT, let said you have AEON ccrd, you top up using UOB 5k, after you get the statement, you can apply Balance Transfer transfer 5k amount from UOB to Aeon CCRD for installment payment.

How long it take to solve? Did you report to their support team?
Cause i got issue to top up and i delete the card and readd, now prompt me issue on add card 😣.
