So I bought item from Qoo10 and then seller cancelled the deal cause out of stock. The money will be refunded into my account? Cause its like partial of the payment (total from 2 sellers, one of them cancelled it).

My case a bit different, that 1 payment for 2 sellers... one of them cancelled. It says refund completed, but not reflected in my BigPay yet though. So I guess need to wait then.

i tried on auto debit service from other merchant, it failed to charge my BP.

Apparently, no pre-charge, too.

It will automatically deduct the amount according to the agreed payment due date (3 days before actual date). Just need to make sure the balance is sufficient.

If they asking, just tell them credit card. this get me through all the time.

They are either:
1 just differentiating between debit (ATMs linked) and credit, since both different fees.
2 the selection menu on the terminal, (credit or debit(meps))

We had our first LowYat x BigPay meet-up earlier today and it was a huge success! Yes, first time use at Shopee.

Of course, adding card to Shopee is a success. After that, I add item to cart, checkout and select BigPay.

It shows error, no Shopee transaction record, money not deducted, seller stock quantity on hold, and my valuable Birthday voucher gone missing.

After 10 minutes, the seller item quantity gone back to normal, and my precious voucher appeared again.

This is just my assumption, maybe "card holder name" have issue. You know BigPay card doesn't print card holder name, only numbers like "0000-0039-XXXX".
