Are people trying to 'abuse' BigPay by topup usingmultiple credit card to enjoy cashback then later withdraw all the money from ATM ?
*
Sh ... don't use the word "abuse".
It's rather sensitive in this section.

Lol 😂 why do I need to do so? I am a happy bigpay user and also cc customer.. i fully utilise the cash back within the FUP and earn few hundreds bucks per month, and enjoy all the benefits of bigpay and cc granted to me
*
But in your Post #10871, your reaction is like being accused for "abuse".

Anyone tried using BP screenshots to claim as business trip expenses? Might be posted for business trip soon :/
*
Whether your company accepts it is your company policy right?
Company A accepts BP screenshot may not applicable to your company.

Reason I was asking is due to the exchange rate difference. Well maybe if I use BP with lower exchange rate I could get reimbursed more...
*
Since it's business trip, I dont care.
Check with your company travel policy.
I believe itemized bill bill matters more.

Imagine zillion of users contacting CS everyday and ask them about ‘a few scenario’

Some more later give wrong or inconclusive answers also kena
*
That's not the CS fault.
The head of the CS team should come out with the standard script for them.

Also the password to withdraw money from bigpay prepaid card is the same password as opening the app?
*
Not the same:

App is called Passcode

To use the card physically including withdrawal is called PIN.

Unrelated but Shopee news to loyalist:

Shopee reveals Malaysians’ shopping habits

KUALA LUMPUR: Shopee Malaysia has made it into the top 10 most visited sites in Malaysia, making it the number one e-commerce site in the country, according to the latest ranking from Comscore.

“With almost half of the country’s population in our database, we have access to big data that allows us to understand the shopping habits of Malaysians. This information enables us to curate campaigns fitting for the young and old alike,” Shopee regional managing director Ian Ho said.
